Role Overview:
Work with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Construction Management Services (CMS) team to deliver projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, cost-effectively, and in compliance with all contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project execution from planning through closeout.
Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, codes, and safety standards.
Utilize scheduling and estimating software to track and forecast project progress.
Demonstrate proficiency in Project Management Information Systems (e.g., e-Builder).
Collaborate with COR and CMS teams to monitor performance and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar construction management role.
Education: Associate’s degree in a Construction-related field, Trade School, or equivalent certification.
Education requirement may be waived with 5 years of direct construction management experience.
Certifications:
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Quality Control Manager (QCM) Certification
OSHA 30 Certification
